Initial Setup for ATS Sync

Accessing the ATS Sync feature

On the Perfect App homepage, click the cog icon on the position card and select "Connect my ATS" to begin the integration setup process.

First-Time Setup

1. Select Your ATS: Choose your ATS from the provided list.
2. Enable Two-Way Sync: Opt for 'Two-Way ATS Sync' to enable a full data exchange. This feature not only synchronizes candidate profiles and statuses but also alerts you if a candidate already exists in your ATS or has been previously contacted.
3. Integration Process: Follow the customized step-by-step instructions for your selected ATS to complete the integration.

Managing and Syncing Positions

Initial Linking

After the initial setup, go to "Sync position with ATS" and link the corresponding role from your ATS with the position in Perfect App. Each linked position will display an ATS-Sync icon, indicating active synchronization.
