Navigate to your Outreach Page

Click "Connect email"

- Choose between Google and Microsoft based on your Email

- Verify Connection: Confirm successful email connection by seeing the Welcome to Outreach page

- If you encounter issues, try to clear your browser cache:
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the browser
- Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the browser

- Click on "Delete browsing data."

- In the dialog box that appears, select "All time" from the time range dropdown menu if you want to clear all data.

- Check "Cached images and files."

- Click "Delete data."

- Double-click here
